Title: Hello fellow adicts!

Hello there fellow miniatures adicts!

My name is James and I've (relatively) recently stumbled into miniature wargaming.  My regular gaming group (who would typically get together once a month or so to play Axis and Allies the board game and maybe some other games) had a few people get into Warhammer 40k a while back.  After introducing the rest of us to that game, a few of us thought "Hey, this is pretty cool .. but wouldn't it be better if ... " and the options started being thrown out there.

We've settled on WW2 (a favorite theme among our group) and since then I've amassed quite an array of miniatures and terrain and renewed my love of building and painting models that I had let slip by the wayside many MANY years ago!

Anyway, I found these (and other) forums and now happily spend my break time at work (and a little down time at home) perusing everything miniature.

Any thing having to do with wargaming is cool - and WWII is next to fantasy one of my favourites - even if I am not as active there as I used to be. So welcome and enjoy!
