Title: The Rhodesian Bush War - What Scale???
Post by: NickNascati on 22 March 2012, 01:29:19 AM
All,
I have long had an interest in this contraversial conflict.  With new rules and new figures out there, I am re-examining getting involved.  I am looking at either 28mm with Eureka, or 15mm with Peter Pig.  I don't want to do 20mm, really not a big Liberation Minis fan.  Both 28mm and 15mm have good and bad points.  Either way, I am doing a low level game, most actions at a squad per side, a platoon would be a big action.
     What do you folks think?

                                                                                                  Nick

If its squad based I'd go with Eureka 28mm personally  :)

I would have to say 28mm. As you say, a platoon action would be about the largest game you're likely to play, unless of course you went into the cross-border raids into Mozambique, which might be better done in 15mm.

You could of course do both... horses for courses and all that.  :)
