So another year, another mega-battle using JR3 rules, and about 3500 models on the table this year. Mursfreeboro, or Stone`s River, is the staging, and here are the pictures of day 1 (mind you, it are nearly 50)

The tables split apart in 3 tiles wides (about 1m80) ;)

well Jim, actually our club cook prepared spaghetti, chickenlegs with croquettes and durum all weekend.

Wow! That is the sort of game I can only dream of.
3,500 figures!!!! - painting even 5% othat in blue or grey would have been enough to drive me insane!

It`s not all guts and glory, took the organisers about 9hrs to pack up the models afterwards, and three days to set everything up before the game. So once in a year is more then enough for them ;)
