Those futuristic Gladiators look superb and I can see the attraction for having a go at painting something like that as I've never painted anything older than WW1 in 28mm

I love the Roman women Alex and they really show off your clean style - who makes them please?

These roman women are brilliant! I guess we will see a roman harbor-city with 1000+ miniatures in round 10. ;D

Odd thing is these groups could be used together.

The Roman women swung my vote, though both are quite good.

Alex, we all are busily painting our little warriors and there you are putting us to shame with those beautiful civilians.

Somehow I always find games which are inhabited by non-combatants very compelling.
