Interesting photos, none of which have I seen before.
Particularly interested by the fourth photo down, the one with the Swazi Warriors two of whom have bleached their hair. I recall reading that some Somali warriors also used to bleached their hair, I imagine the result was much the same.

Sure is. Gonna have to change my new avatar.

The swazi pics are from the 30s. Read somewhere that they had rounder, fatter shields than their cousins from similar cultures and these pics seem to bear this out.
