My first impressions and pictures from Hotlead 2012

This year was I think one of our best ever. Thanks to my crew (and you know who you are) who helped me run it.

And thank you James, and of course the ever patient Elizabeth. It was a great weekend. I don't think that I'll be donning a Soviet peaked cap at any point in the future as a fashion statement again, however. :)

I'm not sure anyone can look good wearing one of those!

Thanks for helping and I"m glad you had fun. Your mechanical dragon fly riding uhlans looked pretty spiffy too.
