P.S. I realize that I should take a picture from behind. Will fix that later.

VERY WELL DONE! The Padre is a fine piece of brushwork & basing. He looks like he's been communing with the Holy Spirit(s)...you've managed to give him quite a bit of character.

This figure really turned out well my friend. The good father in all his splendour and glory!

Sheesh he has massive hands!!!

Sheesh he has massive hands!!!
mmmmm.....his hand should be able to span his face if I recall my art class from years gone by. His look about right for that head in my opinion.
I love the bottle. How did you make it Kalle?
-
Nice brushwork on the bottle, how did you do that?
-
I was thinking the same, but if you look at the original, then look at Kalle's, I think Kalle has actually made the hands look smaller by painting them a dark colour: on the original they look kinda silly (and I'd never noticed before, but as soon as I opened the thread I thought 'wow that mini's got masive hands) but Kalle's just looks like he's got heavy gloves on.
Really nice work; and like everyone else I'd love to know how you did the bottle.

The bottle is just "a small sausage of putty" and the top is the drilled out shaft of the old warhammer.
Painting was just a trial really, GWs orc hide flesh as base then highlighted with snot green(could be old scorpion green, can't remember exactly) then some flashes of pure white last a gloss varnish.
When looking at the mini now I reallize that it's just the left hand that is big as I changed the right to a pistol holding hand drlled out to take the shaft of the new warhammer.
Thanks for looking

... it's just the left hand that is big as I changed the right ...
Well, yeah, that probably helps as well!
Anyway, you've made a lovely job of it. Nice conversion that adds plenty of character, and a great paintjob too.
