A quick switchover of board for the rest of our April releases. Mark Evans has sent us the greens he has just finished, and we have just sent them to Griffin for mastering:
2 Crab- men (or Envoys for 7TV fans) plus two Conch-Kin (crustacean parasites). The Envoys are chunkier than a standard human, and the Conch-Kin have been designed for a 20mm base. They will be available first at Salute, then go into the Store for internet sales on Tuesday 24th April.
We also have the final 2 head sprues – the Saurians and the Simians, Mark also did us an Envoy weapons sprue containing a polearm and a double hand weapon AND a victim, complete with Conch-Kin on his back. These last two were bonus extras so will get released if and when we can fit them into the mould.

All 16 heads (some new, some old) will be released as soon into April as they are ready. They will all be £1.60 each, we will have a new mix'n'match head deal which will be £7 for any 5 head sets of your choice.

Here are the release details:
• Envoys (choice of 2 models, 25/30mm bases) – £4 each
• Conch-Kin (choice of 2 models, 20mm bases) – £1.75 each
• Deal (both Envoys and both Conch-Kin) – £10
These will be available from us or one of our hypnotised Minions at Salute on 21st April (one week!), or in the Store from 24th. As an incentive, and to get in before the Royal Mail does our heads in with it's highly increased prices, we'll be offering the Envoy DEAL POST-FREE from 24th thru 30th April. Caveats:
• Only the Envoy Deal goes post-free. If you add other stuff, we'll calculate postage costs on that as normal.
• European and International customers should still add the relative shipping add for your location – we're generous but we don't want to bankrupt ourselves with this.
If you have pre-ordered our On Location book and would like some Envoy deals, please email us at our mail@… email and let us know. We'll send you a PayPal invoice and include your Envoy deal(s) with your book. We're hoping to have the books arrive at your door on or before 21st April, so you're also beating the crowds with this one.

That's a great selection of stuff. I particularly love the Conch kin!!

Paint the big fella's blue and you've got a suitable Mirelurk substitute for Fallout 3 type scenarios.

Reminds me of childhood holidays at the seaside (not that bloody big crabmen terrorised Skeggy mind ;) ).

My thought exactly.
You'd have to get rid of the loincloth though. :?
-
All Fantastic! Especially love those ape heads!!! :-*
-
So... Crab humanoids with chaimail loincloths... Aren't their dangly bits (which they wouldn't have anyhow if they evolved from critters closely analogous to Earth crustaceans) armoured as well ???
Otherwise, they are impressive enough.

Having stretched my credulity to accepting giant humanoid crabs, it was a short step to accepting a chain loin-cloth (an ode to another devilish sea dweller)! :)
-
I had them down as being fish net loin cloths. Poor not so little blighters got all tangled in the fishermans off cuts, but they don't care, they can still happily stomp around the beach and crush the occasional head. :D

Nearly, it's "Taste like crab, talk like people"
Might just need to get these for Mirelurks to go along with my minion-based Vault Dwellers. Glad to see the astronaut heads back in stock too. Now k can finally do a Y17 trauma harness

The Envoy Deal, Envoys, Conch-Kin and Conch-Kin victim are now in the Crooked dice webstore, links below.
The Envoy Deal is currently POST FREE to UK customers – i.e. you won't be charged postage on the Envoy Deal part of your order. If that's all you order, we'll pay the postage. If you order anything else then postage accrues as normal on the non Envoy Deal bits of it. European and International customers still need to add the non-UK shipping add to your order.

D'oh! ::)

Those saurian heads are just screaming to be used for Professor What under-earth dwelling reptile people. Anyone know where I could get suitable bodies to go with them?
