I received it on wednesday and I decided to open the box on Thursday :

I made some textured base and undercoated the buildings Friday, painted on saturday et voila!

Ah, this looks good indeed. I normally dont like to buy ruins, for some reason I never think they look good. Somehow ruins can be harder to re-create than full buildings. This however, actually do look good and I think I forsee a purchase in the future! :()
