It's looking like this so far. Based on the time I lived in Malta.

and a little further on...

Just to show I am not a one trick pony here is a Chinese railway station I have had on the back burner and need to finish.

I've made it to an own thread, hope you don't mid, Geoff.
Thanks for posting the pics, looks really promising. Looking forward to see more.

The railway station is quite nice and dirty! Looks very much the "BoB" part.
I also like the layout of the temple ruins. Should be quite playable. Out of curiosity, do you use white styrofoam out of necessity (no blue stuff available near your place), for personal preference, or because it was lying around, gathering dust in the "I'll keep it for future modelling projects" bin) and attracting withering glances from your significant other? ;)

Nice start Geoff. :D
What was the station for?
-
The temple seems to have a lot of potential. Who manufactured the cattle heads?
-
It's got the right look!

Here's one I made earlier! lol

Well, they're still there! How many modern structures will survive the test of time!
-
Looking forward to seeing this develop :)
cheers

And the cattle heads came from what source?
-
Thanks for the details - that is a great use for them, I think.
A plastic tube of assorted animals from the Pound Shop. Everything else in the tube was pretty much junk but I thought the heads could be used. Must have had them around 8 years....

Wow, that´s great!!

I love it. Looks like a museum-piece, the ones you always wanted to play with... :)
Great stuff and very promising. Want to see the whole village painted... :-*

Gorgeous stuff. I'm very curious how these wonderful buildings work together on the tabletop. Please keep it up.

Great work. Enjoying this thread!

This is nice.

Nice work! How did you model the wattle fencing - did it come from a basket of some kind?
