It's been ages since I painted any new minis for modern Horror ( side-tracked with Weird War stuff).
First up is a simple HorrorClix Conversion.
New head + Crucifix + dog-collar and re-paint= Chainsaw swinging Priest!

Very nice Pappa! A great choice for a new head too... very animated! :)

'Blessed are the peacemakers' or should that be 'Blessed are the makers of pieces'
That is one seriously cool mini.

A bit more grey on the hair and it could be Father Ted Zombie slayer

This is an excellent conversion. Well done!

Beautiful conversion and paint job. I love it when you can tweak a mediocre pre-painted figure into a great one. I have the same figure sitting on my desk but I hated the head with the mask. I didn't think of the head swap. Where did you get the new head from?

great job, the thing I don't like most about the clixs is the faces. never thought about swapping the heads out. have to relook at the range. top job

Thank you all for the comments!
I really enjoy "messing" with minis and rarely keep them how they are meant to be.
I was exactly the same with this one Audrey, I had it sat on a shelf for ages.I liked the pose but hated the head. I dug through my "bits" box and found a Super-figs civilian mini ( some guy on a mobile phone). The mini was unusable even as a Zombie but the head looked pretty good.
I suppose I have a tendancy not to throw stuff out ( even really dire minis) as you never know when you might need a spare hand/head etc.
The next one I'm doing is totally mad........ it's a mini of my mate Fritzy as a Survivor armed with a..........guitar! It took me ages to find the right bits and i'm really pleased with it. I'll post some pics soon.
Thanks again for the comments.
