Title: Suitable figures for Medieval French/French Ordanance - 28mm

 Am looking to start a 28mm Medieval French (Late HYW-Ordinance) force, and was wondering about figures. I have the Perry WotR and Mercenary boxes of plastics, and will get the Mounted MAA when released, but am still not happy with the lack of armour on most of the plastic figures.

 Any suggestions (have actually started work on a WotR force whilst doing the reseach for the French)

Perrys do lots of armoured metal packs too. Also recommend the small range of figures from Steel Fist.

+1 to Richard's advice on Perry WotR metals, but also look at their Agincourt to Orleans range for late HYW Valois French.
