Title: Anonymous prizes for Tolkien round!

Surprising news :) A LAF member who prefers to stay anonymous, would like to donate something for his favorites of the Tolkien round. We (LAM) have been asked to set three prizes. Our benefactor has nominated his three favorites, his speech follows:

Congratulations to all for a cracking LPL6 Tolkien theme round, some wonderful entries!

There are as always a couple of stand out entries, though it was jolly hard to choose the top three:

Hunting by Frank - what can I say that hasn't been said before? Lovely painting, brilliantly atmospheric photo and a real sense movement in the selection of minis, wonderful stuff!

Spiders and Flies by Dr. Mattias - Again lovely painting, the good Dr. has a unique clean style, his photo composition and the scene he chose made this a winner for me, a great combination.

War in Rhovanion by Tsar1701 - beautiful painting, great choice of minis and an interesting photo made this my third winner, Tsar really has a subtle style which suits these Mithril minis wonderfully.

So there we are, three beautifully painted entries, brilliant stuff chaps!

Every of the three winner won a pack from our Dwarves range. We leave it to them to choose which one they prefer.

Frank, DrMathias and Tsar1701, please PM me and let me know your choice and your mail address and we will send you the prizes immediately.

And it's great honnor for me to have been chosen with the fantasic painters Dr Mathias and Franck

This prize give me a great motivation for painting all of my thirty Mithril goblins/orcs I have.

I agree, fantastic minis ...In my opinion, at the moment, LAF minis and Boot Hills minis are part of the most beautiful.

I think I'll keep this dwarfs for LPL season 7.

The new dwarves are great, looking forward to working on them.

Thank you to the donor! I'll have mine up for viewing prior to the LPL hopefully. I may even do a little scene, as I'll have post-LPL-partum depression :)

Yes, more I watch my dwarves, more I think that I don't be able to keep them for the next LPL.
