Title: The Chronicles of New Commerce a Web Comic
Post by: Operator5 on 23 January 2008, 02:53:56 PM
I'm going to try and add to this regularly (depending on schedule). Sort of a comic with miniatures.

I hope you enjoy!

The Film Noir thing going on in this pic is just great.

I've been thinking that it is peculiar that we don't see more stories dramatized this way. I mean it is so close to certain battle reports (esp. the kind Plynkes narrates).

I've had an idea to make, to take one example, The Hound of Baskerville narrated as an miniature picture story.

Am I intelecualizing?

Well Malamute's already doing Dracula that way. The idea is a good one.

I'd been trying to get this started for a while. And Malamute's Dracula inspired me to push it along.

Of course he is. How could I forget?

Anyway, as a cudos to you, Operator, you prove as Smooth as always, catching that certain tone.

Just to be a buzz-kill you should make the next frame simply, "The End."

I think it's worse than that. Jerry Lewis is somewhere on the boat.

A story that can last for a dozen books begins with a single page, but it doesn't usually end there............
