Title: Bushido demo board
Post by: OSHIROmodels on April 16, 2012, 07:09:01 PM
I was hoping to do a progress report of this but too much has gotten in the way so for now it'll just have to be beauty shots.

I'll get a chance to do a full write up on the blog next week but the basics are that it was made for Wayland Games to demo the Bushido game on at Salute and their gaming centre. It's four foot square and all the bits are separate.

I've done the picture loading through the Photobucket app for the pad and it was dead easy  :D

Enjoy  :)

Looks lovely James and I shall get my hands on it in the morning  ;D.

For those who want to see it in person, as James say it will be at Salute but alongside the Wayland event store, not actually inside it: Table GH21 where there will also be a couple of enthusiasts from Cardiff using it to demo Bushido with minis painted by our very own Bugsda.

Simply wonderful.

Partly makes me really want to try to build something similar, partly makes me not want to bother cause it'll never look that good.

That's gorgeous, Jim. One of those boards you see and wish you were 28mm tall (to the eye) to really appreciate it!

That is absolutely fantastic and gorgeous board. Perfectly pitched!! Not overcrowded but still filled with hundreds of amazing detail!! :o :o :o

In those first few shots Jim, if it wasn't for the bases, I would have sworn whole hearted-ly that that was a real village!!
