Title: A windy day in the Wasteland

This is a competition entry I made for a competition on TerraGenesis forum.
It was made from foam and other different materials and have a functioning motor for the propeller.

You just gotta have a windmill after society has collapsed.
I've been wanting to purchase a bachmann O-scale windmill for some time now, but P&P made me reconsider...
