Greetings
Where does that ruin in the top photo come from?

that is a piece from Ziterdes (http://www.ziterdes.de/ziterdes/en/index.php?we_variant=en)
Seeing that you are from the US, Ziterdes has two dealers there.

Ziterdes does have a few nice things and often (not always ^^) cheaper than others.

adressing the problem of shipping and dealing:
Ziterdes is an add-on* of NOCH (a more or less famous model railroad dealer and producer in Germany), so maybe if You cannot find a "Ziterdes"-dealer, You may find a "NOCH"-dealer ... maybe these retailers does consider an add-on-delivery to their sortiment, cause they are really closely related.

best wishes

* do not ask me about the correct juristical terms in English of "Tochterfirma" and the like
