June will see Crooked Dice storming the lunar surface! Bulk out your ARC forces with these heavily armed astronauts from the brilliant Ian Mountain.

These two were almost final WIP shots - but show them with the heads on.

They went off for mastering today, so hopefully in store in early June.

Very nice. What are the other 10-11 "slots" on the master mold going to be filled with?
-
Fantastic stuff Karl, lots of uses for these fellas. :-*
-
These would work well in a pulpy raygun sci-fi setting á la Flash Gordon or The Rocketeer, with those bulging visors and roman centurionesque crests on top of the helmets.
The whole team could be from a terran exploration group that crashlanded on a strange planet.

Damn it, just when I couldn't figure out how to attach a gun to my Crooked Dice astronaut without it looking stupid, you release these, forcing me to buy them! o_o Evil geniuses...
-
I love the laser rifle in the middle. Very 1999.
-
Classic Ian Mountain, so smooth and clean - lovely! :-*
-
I see a purchase in my future. And then I'm gonna party like it's 1999.
-
Masters received, checked, approved and returned to Griffin.
They are absolutely lovely. Intentionally a little chunkier and look great for it!
Here is a size comparison shot. The one with the data pad (third from the left) is from the first release.

Nice set - the guy with the handgun, his pose looks so 'Airfix'. He's great!
-
they could also do the job in a reproduction of James bond movie, the one with Roger Moore, in space ;)

Love them. Don't know what I'd use 'em for. Those crazy Trauma Harness things from the Fallout New Vegas DLC Old World Blues maybe. Love the idea of a rotten corpse in a space suit armed with a rocket launcher. :D

Very nice I do love the paint job on these as well ;)

That's exactly what I used my Crooked Dice astronaut for, but I couldn't attach a laser rifle without it looking awkward. So I'll be getting one of these ready armed ones and another zombie head. Y17 Trauma Harnesses are awesome!

Hmmm I'm funding it hard to resist these!
