...and Federal troopers. MUULs have choice of drives (grav, tracked, wheeled and legged) and five load options (three weapons, one cargo flat-bed and a medical station - not shown) all are interchangeable!

Looking great, your camo is stellar as always!

not bad Dwartist, but I think you need some practice. As I am a decent sort of bloke, to help you out I'll post up all my unpainted stuff (starting with the 15mm of course) for you to pratice with and sent back to me once painted - I'll not even charge you - how fair is that?! ;)
lovely work as usual :-*

Magnaminous! lol

Love your minis!

Not a fan of the MUULS but a lovely paintjob none the less. The figures are great, but for drone type stuff I much prefer the GZG stuff.
-
Have to agree, first Khurasan 15mm that leaves me thinking meh! GZG drones/bots and MUULs are the ones for me too.
And there's you telling me you don't like 15mm to paint! ::)
(Anything on the ODST yet?)

"I'll not even charge you "
Please. There is a proper form for this sort of thing.
The proper response is to offer to provide him with mid-price spaghetti dinners at chain restaurants twice a month for life. Then he counters with a demand for an appetizer once a quarter and coffee and dessert twice a year. Then you try to get him to exchange every other spaghetti dinner for a buffet trip and add a "no liquor" rider to the deal so he can't wino the bill up. Then he says "done", blocks your phone number, forgets your given name, and keeps your figures for eight years and then his wife sends them back because the game room is becoming a rec room with a ping pong table. Generations later your descendants fight a bloody intergalactic war over it and in the course of this, terrible weapons are unleashed that extinguish a few of the more poorly defended stars. Then one of the survivors, who has a Russian accent, builds a time machine and goes back in time to prevent the war, but he goes back way too far, because he forgets about the voltage differences between the US and Europe, and he steps on a bug, a stink bug, if you must know, and as a result mankind never evolves because the dinosaurs survived, and the Triceratops build the Pyramids and the Eiffel Tower and win at "Civilization". (Sid Meier still makes a game, about it only this time he has horns and a bony frill, and throwing he dice is much harder, making pop-a-matics all the rage.) The very idea of bipedal mammals becoming intelligent and ruling the earth is just too silly to ponder in sobriety.
And THAT is how miniatures get painted.

I've no real objections to you hijacking the thread, Fjodin but convention might demand you comment on the miniatures! ;)

Sorry, mate. I mistakenly posted these vids in wrong thread :( (it was late night when I posted this). I changed my post now.

Khurasan, Rebel. Critical Mass and Splintered Light all do beautiful 15mm SF. Somehow though when playing a game like 5150, the 15mm guys just don't have the personality. I've had two collections in 15mm that I sold. Do you folks use them for personality centered games or larger scale?

What I like in 15mm scifi, is the fact that many companies made the choice of "hard science" design, instead of skulls, chains and 10feet electric swords. Most of the 15mm scifi range shows some nice proposals of what will be the real future of mass murdering. ;D That's pretty cool :D
Dwartist, your figures are great !

Damn it!
Lovely! :)
And I got a sudden "Hey, isn't 15mm sci-fi really cool?" after seing this thread and the pics from Salute :)

My fav. Painter in 15mm scene! I love the base work also. Wpould you care to tell how you achieve so realistic looking bases (on vehicle)
