Title: Howdy from Pennsylvania!

Hi gang! I just wanted to say hello. I reside in Chester County, Pa.
I am a reenactor (17th and 18Th Centuries) and am getting back into wargaming after a short hiatus. I am interested in trying skirmish wargaming in the Medieval or Renaissance periods or even Fantasy. I am thinking of getting some Perry WOTR minis and painting them for a Game of Thrones skirmish game using either GW LOTR or Songs of Blades And heroes.

Excellent idea, maybe a debauched dwarf conversion  lol

I'm listening to the audiobooks at the moment and was having the same thoughts.

Thanks! It was some of the pictures on LAF that got me thinking how cool it would be to do some games set in that world. I am also thinking of a King Philip's War skirmish using the Brigade minis. What larks!

Welcome!  You'll be happy with those Perry plastics -- very well done in my opinion.
