Here's my centaur conversion for my Brink of Battle fantasy games. More pics on my blog page http://4sparta.blogspot.com/

Very nice :)

Excellent conversion.... what horse was used for that?

Very cool indeed. All your stuff drips with the old-school goodness to which I am so pitiably addicted.

Love it! :-* :-* Considering beastmen are my favorite GW army (although I don't play Warhammer anymore) makes this figure all the more awesome!

Thanks guys. I took a Confrontation Kelt Centaur, removed his head and added the helmeted Gor head from the GW Beastman plastics box.
The shield is an old Empire 5th edition shield with the lion head shaved off. The bent spiral pattern struck me after several hours of agonizing over possible markings. I wish I had added two additional bends in the outer parts, but it still gives the spiral effect.
Compared to the 3 Citadel Chaos Centaurs I have in my bits box, this guy is huge.

VERY WELL DONE! FINE brushwork & basing help along a clever conversion...I love the shield & the metalwork is excellent.
