I think I went to that shop when I visited Athens for a gaming show in 2010. It was one of several shops over 2 or 3 blocks near one of the main Museum in Athens, very close to the centre. One shop even had an Atlantic Colosseum (part of a number of Atlantic pieces) and the owner was very proud of it and his collection of rare and vintage models.

Looking realy good !!!
Do you think it would fit with 28mm minis?
Best regards Michael

Thanks :) It would be a bit on the small side for 28mm, but they did have small versions. It is a bit of a rare kit though.
