What would you suggest for WoO characters and armies in 28mm?

lots do steampunk ironmen/tinmen
Dwarves for Munkens?
WEstwind has some scarecrow types.

also, Steve Buddle started a range that was called ZO which would add some other characters, not sure who picked these up but I am pretty sure they are still available.

The ZO models are heavy on punk, not so much on steam.
