Title: Gunner Beid from Killer B
Post by: Auton on 05 February 2008, 03:14:40 PM
Latest figure from Killer B I've just finished, Gunner Beid: The Spectral Flyer

Guess he's a ghost type by the name, colour scheme and the fact he's actually floating above the ground!

Neat! I can see a story around him already:

"Why did you lock me outside the airlock!", he says in ghostly moans.

"We had to save the ship!", replies the hero, heart heavy with the cruel necessity of duty.

I love the ridged look of the suit. Very 2001.

I think that's what you look like when you get shat out again by the Monolith, after it has finished messing with your head and playing scary music 24/7.

Gunner was a crewman on Commander Algol's ship during the battle at the black hole, he refused Algol's orders to open fire on Captain Gamma's ship (After all, they were all on the same side) and as such Algol shot him in the back( The miniature actually has the gunshot wound.) and threw him out the airlock.

10 years later Gunner attached himself to Gamma's passing ship and became a regular crew member, though completely insane. :D
