When I participated in LPL 4 I took the chance to paint some of my Sudan Miniatures from the Perry Range. Since than I hadn't painted a single miniature of them. But now I'm back on the wagon and will try not to get distracted by other stuff too soon :D
After having painted a couple of more Bejas I mix them with previously painted ones and took a picture:

Thank you!
No it's the "Large Desert Hill" from Battlefront. As I have not so much terrain features for that theatre and always taking pictures on a desert board with some bushes is a bit boring, it came to my mind that I had bought that Hill for my 15mm desert warfare. Although that project is on the very bottom of the list now, I'm glad to have that Hill for another purpose and will bore you to death with pictures of Bejas swarming over it, over again and again lol

They look great!
Looking forward to seeing more :)

Beautiful looking miniatures.
I love your painting style.

VERY nice looking figs! (and terrain).

Glad you like them!
Right now I'm busy with basing, so it won't be long till the pic- you're all so pushy lol

As there is no Rebellion without a proper leader, I present- the Mahdi and one of his followers Osman Digna:

Love the Perry figures.
Outstanding painting.

Lovely paint jobs on those leaders Tellus! :-*
I love your "streaky" style.
I've tried to emulate it a couple times with no results.
-
Strangely with this thread I have over the last 2 days seen the 1930s and the latest 4 feathers movies on TV, lovely project mate :-*
-
Really excellent stuff. More please!

Now I've got something new. Last year Frank Bauer had build, around the Stair part of the Gordon's last stand set, a little bit more of the scenery.
It just took me a while to get the minatures painted ::)
Just wanted to give Lowtardog enough time to watch also the appropriate Movie ;)

Personally, I recommend Clydesdale. Six of them ought to do the trick.
Say what?
To pull stolidly on that wagon you're on - until you get finished up. We all want to see this finished. You most of all, no doubt. lol

KOOL MAN

Great stuff, but now my hand is trembling and reaching towards the cabinet where lays "my" half done, well OK he's been primed! Mahdi..... dam the luck, I'm trying to finish 40 buildings. ;D
