As the thread title says, my Standee Collection (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=40650.0) needs to grow, and my next project shall be Pirates!
So what I'm looking for are nicely painted 28mm+ pirate miniatures and everything that is related, such as Navy sailors/soldiers, militia, Governors and their daughters ;) , ghost pirates and Cannibal natives :)
The miniatures have to be photographed in a specific way which I have outlined in the following thread:

It's only a tiny amount of work to set it up like this, but I'm willing to pay 0.50 EUR for every miniature photographed in this manner :) So think of it as a way to get a third or quarter of the price of your miniature back just by taking two photos of it!
All Standees are for my personal use and will under no circumstances be distributed!
Of course, please allow me to post results here and there to show how the supplied photos are used :)
I'm especially interested in the complete Black Scorpion pirate range.
Please do write me a Personal Message or post in this thread if you want to help out and earn a little for your troubles, preferably with a picture of your miniatures so I can see if they fit into my project 8)

Can you profit from pictures of other manufactures miniatures? Not sure how that would work.

Well if someone sends me pictures for free I'm happy as well :)
I can't see anything wrong in paying someone a little bit for some photos.. After all, they are strictly for my personal Standees and won't be republished or anything like that :)

Ah sorry mate i thought you were selling the standees. I wasn't sure how that would have worked.

Sadly, I do have all of the Black Scorpion pirate minis, but I'm not the best painter - particularly of resin mini's. I have a few painted, but none worth pictures. There was a guy on here though with a nice pirate set-up and his buddy had some excellently painted BS pirates. Look around in the top few pirate threads.

They are a little dark but the wether is unforgiving so what can you do ;)
With a little bit of photoshop help the image can be enhanced though.
Remember that at the size they are printed (28mm scale) those artifacts from the brightness enhancement won't be too visible.
Apart from that small issue those ar every nice photographs, the figures have exactly the right size for my template and the front and backsides match up perfectly. Great work and thank you very much! I hope you find time to do more of them :)

Update: I now have the Black Scorpion Undead Pirates and British Soldiers, but what I severly lack as of now are:
- Pirates, Swashbucklers, Scurvy Rats... You name them! I just found out about the Foudnry pirate range, so I am interested in those too! :)
- Some Civilian / Colonist types like Governour & Daughter
- Natives, Cannibals, Voodoo priests...

Doopdeedoo... I still wasn't able to procure any pirate images, so I'm still looking ;)
