Hi Folks,
To keep I promise I made to Poly to take some photos of the Lawrence's of Arabia Exhibit at the Australian War Memorial I must first give my humble thanks to Michael Broadbent for taking the photos as my digital camera would only work with the flash.
To make it easier I've made a sub folder in my photobucket under the above title for ease of viewing. I've also added a link to the Australian War Memorial just below this.
All the items are original and some are on loan from England.

I hope you enjoy the photos.

Thanks ever so much for your trouble, Helen.
I do believe that's the only colour picture I've ever seen of a Turkish colour. Very interesting and useful, too.

Thanks Guys.
Poly, what was amazing is seeing the garments up close. Then when one looks at the Turkish regimental colour that is just beautiful. The Hedjez uniform is also a lovely outfit to look at.
Happy to send photos to anyone interested -Please just PM me!
Best Wishes.
