Title: Southwest Pueblo houses (Indian style architecture, not Spanish/Mexican)

Wonder (before I search) if anyone makes the above. 

No Windows, entry via ladders/holes in the roof, multistory.

I'm thinking I may have to scratch build them...

I doubt it and whilst you are at it you'll need to build the cliffs they were usually built into. Love to see the results, the Spaniards had a tricky time doing house to house through the pueblos.

I don't know of any, I think scratchbuilding is probably the only way forward.

If you have ever been to Taos,New Mexico, you can see that even the ones not built on cliffs can be formidable (erase the modern doors/windows currently in use.)
