Title: Morphy Taters
Post by: alrith72 on July 24, 2012, 04:52:46 PM
Couldn't resist painting this little guy as soon as i got him (this morning). Hope you like him, i certainly do  :). Can honestly say this is one of my favourite sculpts i've ever had, lovely little fella, pretty clean casting and a nice simple, fun mini to paint. And before anyone points it out i know there should be some OSL effects but i think it only looks good when done well and it's something i've never got the hang of so i've left it without ;)

I can see where resisting the urge to paint would be futile with this Little Rogue...what a wonderfully expressive face he has. VERY COOL mini & VERY WELL DONE!

Great work - no worries on the OSL (not something I'd be too confident at trying as well) either he looks great as is.

A great mini, and a paint job that truly makes him justice.

The face expression is amazing!

Thanks for sharing.

Oh nice.

What scale is he? Halfling size? Old citadel halfling or new halfling ha?

He is a big halfling i would say, don't have any Citadel to compare him to but he is slightly taller and bulkier than Heresys Van Halfling.

There's a ruler next to him on miniature heroes:
