Hi there,
Just ordered the rules. I am going to decide on what minis to use whilst perusing these forums. That will then lead on to what scale to use decisions decisions

Congrats! You will not be disappointed. :)

You will most definitely not be disappointed.
The rules are great.
I plan on using them for other genres too, not just Eldritch Horror: Star Wars, Pulp, VSF. In fact, pretty much any skirmish level game should work well using them.
Scale: It has to be 28mm, surely!
:D

I've waited for about a year before buying them and I must agree with the others, the rules are fantastic.

Welcome aboard, yea read the rules before you go buying minis....I always never do, but it is very helpful. lol

I'd say to go with 28mm for scale. The board size is small anyway (at 3' x 2') and the number of models you'll need are low. In addition I would say that 28mm scale will also give you the most options when it comes to choosing models, as there are a ton of great figures out there from lots of good manufacturers.
