nice, how do all the different brands rank up against each other? :)
-
Good question - I'll do a comparison tomorrow and post it up.

cheers blue :D

Nice going mate :D Lovely stuff as usual. Digging the Javelin crew especially!
-
I like them alot.
I too look forward to your comparison.
-
Painting qquestion : which "green" do you use for the javelin ? Is there any paintspray available for this ? (I have some LAW , SMAW & AT4 I want to paint fast to add tomy BF evolution figures)
-
That green is a Vallejo: Verde Uniforme 70922 Uniform Green, the closest spray I know to that is Greenskin Primer from Warlord.

Thanks for the info. I think I'll go with paintspray then black details with a brush.

Very nice. I can't see the MG on TAG's site, do you have a code for it? I must get one.
-
LINK TO HMG (http://www.theassaultgroup.co.uk/store/home.php?cat=32) :)

Thanks Red but that's not the right gun, that's a GPMG and Phil's is a .50
-
Oh allo I think I might well have mixed my makers up...

Old Glory makes modern British? ???

Old Glory UK bought Brooks Miniatures. I don't think you can get them from OG USA.
Might be worth an email to them if you're interested, though. Or maybe a UK LAFer can help you out.
To the OP - thanks for posting those, and nice work. Good to see that the various manufacturers all mix well enough. I must look again at TAG for the .50 and some prone figs. MTP is a pain in the arse, isn't it?

I did make a mistake, the HMG is actually Brooks/Old Glory UK. I've since corrected it -Thanks to Matakishi and Burkhard for spotting it. I picked it up at salute, think it was a new release for then.
After about 30 figs in MTP I'm quite happy with my technique, not sure it's totally accurate, but it suits my needs. Hoping to buy a piece of it this weekend at Military Odyssey https://www.military-odyssey.com/index.php?ix=1&iw=251&iz=0 (https://www.military-odyssey.com/index.php?ix=1&iw=251&iz=0) my first military show for a couple of years.
