I do believe that is a converted version of some sort of one-off based off of Old Crow designs, as far as I understand this thread:

Thank's for that, TNJRP.

The pictures are really great.
Do you know how to get this truck?...I'm afraid it's impossible...

Hi dwartist,

I'm just about to send a mail to Old Crow...I'm sure that if I could get one model you should be proud to paint it...lol...
It's an occasion for me to say you that you're a great artist...I really love your job...

Regards,

Fabrice

I have some of those vehicles. Me and Brandlin threw our money into a pot and got a bunch of components sent to us. Very nice vehicles and very adaptable. Jez at Old Crow will sort something cool out for you, he is a top bloke but be aware that he is insanely busy at the moment (hence the Old Crow site is on a temporary hiatus).

I have an eight wheeler and a six wheeler.
The basic vehicle is a six wheeler.
You can get other bits to extend the chassis or add the 'bendy-coupling'.
There are window/plain side panels and various roof panels to accept different sized turrets (or plain ones that don't have a turret).
The standard Old Crow turrets are compatible with these modular vehicles.

Were they also available in 15mm?

I don't think so. I only focus on 25mm so I am not a hundred percent sure BUT I have not seen any 15mm versions in picture form any where.

Were they also available in 15mm?

Last I heard they where headed that way, fish around the various topics about Hammers Slammers one the TMP. John Treadway is another search that might give you some traction.
