Title: Robert de Vere

The 3rd Earl of Oxford 1164-1221, or the Robert de Vere who died in the battle of Al Mansurah in 1250

I had..but then again... :)
The stars are the wrong way up though..they should look like this;

Indeed. I've painted several Earls of Oxford over the years. Actually it's kind of amazing how long they kept their seat of office.
