I have finally started to paint my Incursion minis and I will make a 3d board to play.

No, it will be easier to store them and the board. And they can be use for other things like this.  :)

It is no decals, just symbol printed on paper.

I've never tried Incursion but it looks like a lot more fun with a 3D scenario!

Very nice to see Incursion stuff being used out there, I have a full set of painted minis and board myself but very rarely get to play it these days  :?
