Yes, I know, you have to go to the blog to see it and some of you won't. Well, okay. But for the rest of you, here is the link to our blog:
http://carobbeansea.blogspot.com/
And for those who won't, it is much easier to post photos to a blog than to a photo site and then post a link here to those photos. So give those who don't paste a photo a break and take a look - even if you don't want to here. Personally, I don't care how big the page counter gets because I know it might be twenty people looking 50 times to get to a thousand.

You can post them here once you've put them on your blog you know, don't need a third party.

Just what I wanted to say :)
It looks promising enough, that's for sure!
On a related note, I planned to have a game of Peter Pig's Pieces Of Eight with a friend this evening but after setting everything up and trying to play a sample turn i stopped reading mid-rulebook because it was just too.. Meh. I had to put all those lovely ships back in their box :(
Anyway, about the BIG PIRATE GAME:
I love the little details like animals everywhere and the many pirate ships :) I'd have loved to join the game, I bet all players had a lot of fun wether they won or lost.

Matakishi,
Do you have the instructions or a link on how to get photo from blog to here? If so, please provide. Thanks.
Charno,
I love Peter Pig figures - not their rules - bought Pieces of Eight and read them. End of story. Ditto on the other two rules I bought from them. Good for ideas but, in my opinion, just not "playable."

Great looking game.

I believe there's a thread about photos somewhere, but, to summarize.
In firefox, right click on the picture on the blog, select 'copy image location' from the menu. Return to LAF post, select picture icon, 2nd one on the bottom row that looks like a picture, and paste what you copied between the img bits, the cursor will already be there waiting so ctrl+v will do it without you having to click in the correct place.
In IE right click the picture and choose properties from the menu (at the bottom) copy the 'address URL' of the picture that properties reveals and paste it here between the img marks as above.
In Chrome right click the image and choose 'copy picture URL' from the menu. Come here and paste as above.
You won't see the picture as a picture until you preview or actually post your reply, I think this sometimes confuses people.

Matakishi,
I use Safari and a MacBook with a built in "mouse" with no right button. Any ideas?

Try holding control while you click.

In 'settings' see what your 'secondary click' is set as. For mine, I use two fingers.
Quite.
Anyway, great pictures, lovely ships, lovely islands, lovely blue sea and I love the sharks!
