Shadowforge are going to release some new Temple of Loght (Egyptian) figures - just ideal for my Pulp games:

Scorpion Queens, Anubis and Horus warriors

Saving up already!

These are all girls aren't they ?
-
Shadowforge only do girls, if memory serves.
Edit: No, I think they mostly only do girls. There are a couple of chaps here and there.
This is a representative sample of the kind of thing they do:

I quite like those gladiators. A couple more female gladiators couldn't hurt.

The Horus girls are really nice

Nice, especially the special troops! 8)

girls or gladiators . . . . sounds like Airplane!

Saw these a few weeks ago, and I been thinking about getting into Wargods of Aegyptus.
-
The first set is spot on for Monarch of the Moon.

Something just occured to me. It seems that most characters in Wargods are based on 20mm square bases. Does anyone know what size the ones Shadowforge uses? It seems some of those poses might be too big if the bases in the pictures are 25mm sized.

I saw these lovely gals at Cancon and then I spoke to Neil over dinner that night. They are a beautiful 25 mm ish miniature. It really depends on what they are wearing :-)
Dom their son painted the miniatures that you see here. He has his own site called "WarPaint."

They will fit in with the Wargods of Egyptus figures. At Cancon, Chickinchainmail showed me her all female units converted by her husband Barry using Wargod figures.
By the way Michael Broadbent designed the scorpion body whilst Neil designed the female head and torso.
It was a pleasure chatting to Neil and his inspirations when it comes to designing females and themes.
Recommend them highly to anyone interested in this theme.
God Bless
