I painted some Plastic Gripping Beast Vikings (http://www.dalauppror.blogspot.se/2012/03/more-vikings-for-saga.html) some time ago that ended up in the possesion of a friend of mine. Now he have asked me for some plastic Berserkers without mailshirt...
So in my search to solve the task I got my hands on some Warlord Games plastic celts (http://www.warlordgames.com/store/hail-caesar/gallic-celts/ancient-celts-warriors.html)... mixed them with some spareVikings parts from my bitbox...and I endend up with 4 Viking Berserkers :)
Here are a pictures of the assembled minis, you can find some more pictures at my blog. (http://dalauppror.blogspot.se/2012/10/warlord-games-viking-berserkers.html)

Working on the paint thing... ;)

You should try getting Ancient Germans instead of the Celts. The furclad torsos (the extras that come in the box) are even better for Berserkers once you remove the clubs and replace them with GB weapons. I used them for my Berserkers and used the plastics for my Britons army.

that's very nice, i should try as well!
My only concern is on the proportions: celts and romans from WG are a bit smaller than GB vikings, they might have childish proportions!

Looking good :)
