Here are some pictures of a ship, two long-boats, some palm trees and the little fort from the "Warriors and Weapons" pirate game.

Splendid job! I have some of those ships - but I had no idea they could look so good! Well done!

I've never heard of the game, but I'll be on the lookout now.

Lovely paintwork there Arteis.
What are the figures lurking by/in the tower out of interest ?

Thanks for the nice comments, everyone. I just wanted to point out the value of these (and the Disney ship) "toy" resources for gaming. They're definitely very affordable, and don't require that much work to get them looking OK.
@ Fastolfrus, the figures in some of the pics aren't pirates at all - they're two 28mm Front Rank Spanish guerillas that I have painted up as the Scarlet Pimpernel and his nemesis, the policeman Chauvelin.
You see, although I'm making the terrain for pirate games, I don't actually own any pirate figures yet!
-
Thanks for that, I'll have to look out for them - we are toying with a force of Vendean rebels and Paris mob types at present and haven't looked at Front Rank yet.

Should it be 'Weapons & Warriors' ??
-
Er, you're right ... "Weapons and Warriors" ... it rolls off the tongue wrong, but that is indeed the name of the series of games.
