As I intend to sell these off pretty soon (only used them once in eight years!), I thought that it would be idea to have a record of them somewhere before they are gone.
I dont think that I will ever collect another 40k army again, or paint this many figures with the same colour scheme!
They were originally inspired by Aircav's wonderful Imperial Guard army that was featured in White Dwarf at the time.
'A' Company, Mordecai 7th (Combined).

The 1st Platoon.

The majority are the standard Catachan plastics, but Sergeants and a couple of other miniatures, including the Platoon leader, are metal.
A few conversions in there. mainly the heavy weapons.
The 2nd Platoon.

The same sort of composition as the 1st Platoon, but they contain an extra squad which doubles up as an Armoured Fist squad for the Hog (below).
The Hog.

Counts as a Chimera and transports either the third squad from the seconond platoon, or acts as the transport vehicle for the HQ command squad.
I will add further pictures as the day goes on and I get a chance to upload them.

Love the Hog. I've seen others attempt to make walkers out of 40k vehicles, but I think yours is one of the few that has done so convincingly.

I think that these are Grenadier Ogres (it was a looong time ago!), converted to be carrying Ripper guns, led by a converted Bloodbowl Ogre.

That's a good looking army! Love the hog especially.
