Title: Inspired by Last of the Mohicans
Post by: Eric the Shed on 13 October 2012, 05:39:21 PM
Inspired by the first half of the movie Last of the Mohicans the Shed hosted ‘The colonels daughters’ a scenario set in the French Indian Wars using M&T rules (28mm) – please feel free to drop by and have a read of the battle report + pictures (loads)

PS This will be available to play at BLAM.

Are you doing your own event table for the game with LotM occurrences?

Thats a thought? We dropped events in the last game - better watch the movie again...

If any folks have ideas for special events in the game add them here...

Terrific stuff. Love the blog.

The "extras" such as the civilians, wagons, barrels etc really add an extra dimension to the gaming.

What is BLAM?

I think we are getting closer, but I will leave it to the Brits to sort out.  ;)

Once again, great looking battlefield!

It's a British Lead Adventure Meeting. Once a year, a few of us UK LAFers (usually plus a few LAF guests from Europe) get together for a long weekend of exemplary games in the Lead Adventure style. And to catch up over a few drinks with LAF friends in the real - as opposed to virtual - world.
We've been holding these sessions for the last few years. Theoretically, they're by invitation only because we try to keep it to a manageable group of around 30 people sampling five or six different games each day. But they're really not that exclusive :)
Any LAF member of good repute seriously interested in coming along, drop a PM to me, Malamute or Matakishi, and space permitting, we'll let you have details.
If it turns out we're over-subscribed we'll let you down gently :)

Very nice looking table, Giles :)
