Magnificent! :-*
You've made a purple jumpsuit look sexy cool.
-
That's a bit special :-*

Beautiful work. He looks great. The highlights on the musculature and the striped undies are amazing. :-*
I don't think I'd look so good dressed like that. :D

Don't let false modesty stop you :P
Anyhow, it a nice fig and a good painjob but I just don't get over the fact that when I was first introduced to the Phantom at a tender age of 6 or so, he was always coloured more @ darkish blue than purple (even dark purple) in Finnish papers (if he was coloured at all, his own mag that came around a little later and ran until around 2 or so year back 4-X didn't have colour pages except for the cover).

Excellent paint. Do you have any games in mind for him?

Thanks. It was a nice miniature to paint.

Thanks. I would like to use him as Rogue Agent in Strange Aeons, as hero in WWW (1&2), .45 Adventures, Pulp Alley, so I think he was a good investment.
Cheers.

I agree, nice fig and good paintjob.
Mr tnjrp, in Sweden he is also blue. What i heard, when the Phantom first got printed in newspapers they couldn´t print a good purple colour so they changed it to blue. If i remember right he is red in Spain.

No reason not to buy more and paint them different colours :)
I fancy a yellow one myself.
-
I'd love to buy one myself...but I've spent way way WAY too much money on miniatures this year. (I think it's pretty close to the $2000 mark...yikes! :S Good thing the gf never sees my bank statements!)

Man is that a great figure! And you've done an excellent job painting him! The problem with posts like this is that I feel the need to buy ever more miniatures...
-
Beautiful job of the living ghost who walks there. Gotta get me one of those one of these days...
