The Colonel is a limited edition casting from Pulp Figures and will have a prominent role to play in future Dragon Bones Adventures.

Very nice. You blog says he is a limited edition. I though he was a conversion.
I hope he make it his mission to ensure that all mad monks keep away from the royal family!

I really like the painting on the tunic and the medals.

Thanks, the "Baron" (I think he was actually a different design of the Count Cassamir figure from PHP 17) was a special offered over the summer by Bob Murch of Pulp Figures. The figure was, I believe, a test run that did not make it to production. I just checked the Pulp Figures site:
http://pulpfigures.com/
and it appears he no longer has any available, too bad the "Baron" is a very nice piece with lots of personality.

Count Cassamir as he appears in my Pulp Games as: Colonel General, Count Alexi Romonav-Stifenback
