Hi There!!
Does the BA rulebook include conversion tables for 15mm or do you just half the ranges??
Lars:-)

No conversion tables I'm afraid ;)
-
That said my local club has been playing in 15mm and it works fine.
-
There are no tables, but also not needed, just play it with individually based 15mm minis and all is fine!
IMO - as in my game Victory Decisision - the ranges look more realistic when played with 15mm minis.
If you want to play on smaller tables simly use cm instead of " and all is IMO.

Thank you for the replies:-)
I Think i will buy some flames of war miniatures:-)

Using 15mm minis for platoon sized games is definately the most cost efficient way to game WW2.
However I would recommend Forged in Battle - IMO better than FoW!

One platoon pack gave me more than enough for a 500pt squad (what my club is using as a starting point cost). Only downside is I had to buy full mortar platoon to gain one mortar so now, as someone who doesn't play FOW I have a ton of FJ mortars.

In hind sight I should have but I would have had to order them in. Oh well I will try to sell them and if not able to I will just paint them up and switch between mortar teams, or have multiple mortars for big games.
