As I said, this season I have been away from Internet but not from the hobby. Today I post you an exchange with a good friend of La Fabrica Roja Forum, CpLoki.
I decided to make a vignette with a dwarf figure, a dwarf slayer, with its orange crest and compact body. But I needed something more ...hilarious.
And that's why I select a goblin squig. I love these characters, they are unworthy and malevolent, perfect to put against the dwarf!
As a base to put the miniatures I decided to represent a mine, or at least a corridor of a dwarf underground palace.
It occurred to me to put the dwarf in mid-leap, soaring over his victim, who escapes quickly from the dwarf's pantry, which has appropriated a string of sausages. And the dwarf will not forgive that grudge ...
Hope you like as much as me!

That is an EXCELLENT VIGNETTE! The WONDERFUL brushwork & the FANTASTIC basing bring the story to life...love, hate, revenge, & sausages. VERY WELL DONE!
With a rather low likelihood of using the minis I paint in a game. I've noticed that I too am creating more elaborate bases with several minis per base. SO thanks for some inspiration.
