Yes. It's a halftrack, manufactured by Ford...... for the Axis. >:(
Now, according to the website of the 99th Infantry Battalion (seperate), one was approprited from the side of Omaha Beach, when the battalion first landed in Europe, on the 22nd of June, in 1944. I would like to use one as an objective for my FoW force, which is based off of the 99th. Does anyone know of manufacturers?
EDIT: Sorry, the images were screwing up.

That was not a purpose built vehicle. It is one of the "maultier" conversions the Germans built using excisting trucks and various captured and/or obsolete tank suspensions. This appears to show a european Ford 3 ton using a captured British universal carrier suspension. You could use an Opel "Maultier" and maybe convert the grill.
