Like many of you out there, I purchased Kev's quartet of teenage sleuths and have grown fond of these sentimental sculpts. However, I am wondering what game system(s) all of you are planning on using your "meddling kids" in, and what story lines you've come up with.
How will you handle the non-violent / no shooting aspects of the tv cartoons vs. the action of many RPGs or will you apply this to your games at all?
Also, how many of you are going to attempt to re-enact every Saturday morning classic adventure on the table top?
By the way, I plan on using my gang as a team in Vic's Labyrintus...Once it's released. Looking forward to reading your answers.
Cheers

In my Lost World game at Cold Wars, Scooby and the gang were trying to catch a raptor so they could pull it's rubber head off and prove that the whole dinosaur thing was just Mr. Jenkins, the gardener, trying to scare off all the other hunters and win the Lost World trophy.
This entire back story for them was the player's creation and he had a balst as the other players tried to hunt the dinosaurs.

He would have gotten away with it too, except....

For those of you who might like a more violent take on the Kids from Scooby Doo, check out the Venture Brothers cartoon, where Freddy is a Charlie Manson-style cult leader, Shaggy is a David Berkowitz-style maniac (he's the only one who hears the dog "talk"), Velma is a Valerie Solanas-style violent radical feminist, and Daphne is a Patty Hearst-style brainwashed kidnapee. They all come to a baaaaaad end...(funny, though )

I would use any rule which alllowes the Mystery Van to sort of 'dip' every tenth frame as it drives across the board.

Check out the TOON RPG from Steve Jackson Games - the rules can be converted for skirmish games!

While we're on the topic, is anyone aware of an appropriately-scaled van model to represent The Mystery Machine...?
With a link, if possible...
***EDIT***
Lazy me, I knew I should have checked the other thread before I opened my big yap...Never mind! :D
