Few more bits added since, pics up tomorrow :)

Now that looks cool!
-
"What's up officer, did I go above the speed limit?"
"No, sir, your flight altitude was waaay too low."
Very nice! I am not entirely convinced by the narrow wheel placement at the rear, but it will most likely look perfectly fine once finished.

FW-190...mmm... :-*

lol I know what you means, here's what it is based on http://www.maschinenkrueger.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=44:gluehkaefer-build-diary&catid=16:in-progress&Itemid=6

So the model is intended to drive with the dualies at the front? I was a little curious which direction it was facing. :D Very slick.
-
Excellent conversion - looking forward to progress. I frequent the Ma.K forum too and yours fit nicely alongside the others...
-
Excellent, will be great to see more pics of your progress. Guess I will have to do something similar soon!
-
Highly Impressive Kitbash!
-
Oh I do like that. I saw something similar at EuroMilitaire 2011.

It's sort of a hot rod Morgan Threewheeler ;)
-
Cheers chaps :)

Haven't been there for awhile, using Kruegar's website for all my recent Ma.K madness; there is an Nutrocker I have just built, with some slight conversions, probably start to paint that in an day or two...I blame you,you know. Not that I can ever aspire to your skills.

If they sold the new three wheelers in Australia,I would by one like a shot :D

@Blackwolf
You mean one of these?
The Campagna T-Rex. Proudly made here in Quebec, too, though I wouldn't drive one at this time of year...
By the way, great model, really like your take on it. I also really like that Krueger's Kriegers site. Eye-candy galore.
Sir Dryden

That is sooooo cool!
-
Think they mean this...a new released model of an older Morgan design philosophy.

Beautiful thing.
-
Ohhhh, that IS pretty...
-
Yep Elbows,that's the one :D

Need to tighten up the paint a bit before I can start weathering et cetera, and fix those gaps!
-
Looking even better! :-*
I had to order myself a cheap Bf-109 1:48 kit yesterday :D
-
Cracking job! You've got an eye for shapes for sure! 8)

I hope you meant to say 190, or you'll have a whole different beast on your hands... ;)

Nope, meant exactly Bf-109. This is FW 190 but in the Kruegers Krieger link that was posted earlier, Bf-109 was used. If I manage to do something with the Bf, next stop perhaps Hurricane, Spitfire or Zero :)
-
I see. Didn't click that link before, but that Messerschmidt look pretty badass too!
Would it be a stretch to assume that he took his inspiration from having a strange image in his head when hearing of the actual Messerschmidt threewheeler? ;)

Not as intimidating, but just as curious I'd say... :D

I think an He-111 would be nice. Or some of the cool Italian planes...lots of great potential.
-
Almost there :)

Might have overdone the weathering... :D
-
Weathering looks good, just perfect for such a vehicle, zooming at high speed on patrols.
-
I can't really see - did you do a lot of worn down metal on the front/nose? If that things high-speed through sandy/desert envrionment the nose would be worn clean almost (or several sandblasted). :D
-
Yep,worn on the front. Just have to paint some crew and put it in an suitable setting.
Cheers Pocoloco :)
-
Very cool 8) 8)
What's it being used for (apologies if I missed it in the thread)?
cheers

Just caught on to this.
Wonderful, Mr Wolf, just wonderful!
:-* :-* :-*
-
Thanks fella's. :)
The operative word when I kitbash is 'bash' lol
-
You need to spill the beans on what this is going to be used for.
I'm thinking a scene with an wacking great hovertank (an Sf3d model),and in my planned spacepunk setting, heavily influenced by the Ketty Jay novels by Chris Wooding ;)
-
Great conversio Blackwolf and I can't wait to see it finished in one of your famous well staged photographs! 8)
