I'm going to have a circle of standing stones for my Dunwich table.
Can't find any clue about how they are supposed to be. I skimmed trough the novel, could not find a good description, I could easily have overseen it. Are they crude stones or more elaborate cut stones with runes?
Anyone have an idea of what they supposed too be like?

Well you prolly have checked out from Dunwich Horror already?
Just in case if not:
"the queer circles of tall stone pillars"
"rings of rough-hewn stone columns"
"a gaunt circle of stones could be glimpsed against the sky"
and the altar stone on top of the Serpent Hill is describes as:
"the sinister altar-like stone"
"on the top of Sentinel Hill where the old table-like stone stands amidst its tumulus of ancient bones"
"the table-like stone"
