Just a quick pic of my first "Weird War" Russians to go with my walkers.
They are from the Thrilling Tales range by Artizan Designs.
I tried to paint them in "Cold" colours to reflect the Winter feel to them.

Hopefully Artizan will bring out some more in this range as I really like them.

Cyberian Rifles, I presume? ;)
Very nice. That light grey/white of the coats is nice and dusty. I like it.

Those are great. I like them and now you've painted some I want them more.

they certainly look like they are deep in the Siberian wastelands. Excellant.
I would'nt change a thing about them but I wonder if they would look even colder if you used a more bluey base?

Damn - they look chilly!
Are you sure their skin won't stick to the metalwork on their weapons?

Very nice...

They are superb. Your stuff, just gets better and better  :D :)

Nice Pappa, just one thing.
I know them's 'ard russkies but no gloves? Their fingers would stick to the triggers and freeze up.
So mittens for the next lot please! ;)
Nice still.

Thank you all for the feedback!
I love "Cyberian Rifles"...very cool!
Valid point about the bases, I was contemplating blue or white, but all of my other "Weird War" stuff have black bases and I'm a little bit of a "stick in the mud" when it comes to making my troops look uniform for the same game.
I thought about the gloves/mittens thing after I finished them (doh!!). Their hands would indeed freeze to their weapons. I may re-work these ( although the Vodka content in their blood may act as a mild form of anti-freeze!!! )
