Just finished a very quick paintjob on this truck and crew for a game on Monday Night.
Quite pleased with the way they came out - bases need finishing and a bit of tidying up doing - but good for 1 hours work...

That's spiffy all right. Where is the truck from?

Very nicely done!

Good looking truck and figures.
Will we get to see pics of the game?

I don't care what anyone says, I really like anything Dixon makes, from their big/squashed headed samurai to your awesome truck. Great job for an hour!

Excellent work.

Thanks for the comments - I'll try and take some pictures of the game. It is the first outing of my Matakishi (tm) Cork City as well.
I painted the figures in base colours, used Supershader Dark Brown over the top, redid the faces slightly and then varnished then. Very quick.
The truck was already mostly assembled but was also just undercoated black and then drybrushd over the wooden bits (still needs a dry-brush of grey I think) and a brick red for the bodywork.

I'd have to have a very, very, very long lunch to paint four figures so nicely!

o_o
So you're saying that Dixon makes the truck? (I am such an idiot.)

To be fair, these are mostly one colour! :-)
Again, figures were undercoated white already painted:
Uniforms - Dark Blue
Flesh - suntanned flesh
Weapons - Gun Metal
Weapon stocks/hair - Hairy brown
Shoes - Black
Cap badges - gold
buttons - silver
Took about 20 minutes. Left to dry - made a cup of coffee.
Came back, brushed them all over with Dark Brown Super Shader (and then brushed off with clean brush to remove from higher areas). Left them to dry while drinking the coffee...
Came back, painted flesh over again with Suntanned Flesh and then highlighted with flesh.
Varnished with Matt Varnish...
Went and did some work... :-)
